Coaching services, training & mentoring
I offer a selection of coaching services, including training and mentoring, tailored to meet the needs of business owners, marketing professionals and teams.
These cover a range of topics around copywriting, content writing, marketing communications, digital marketing and related areas such as audience segmentation, market research and crisis communications.
I began offering these services in April 2019 and now hold a Level 3 qualification in Education & Training (PTLLS), awarded by Pearson Education Ltd in April 2022.
Workshops & seminars
My workshops and seminars are group events. They’re either available to the public, usually via Eventbrite, or are private events created for marketing teams and creative professionals.
Most workshops and seminars take place online via Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. However, private events can take place at the company’s premises or an alternative venue, provided the location is within 10 miles of the NG16 area of Nottingham and is easily accessible.

We worked together with Faye to help us create and deliver a series of workshops to our client covering Tone of Voice and Copywriting best practice. Power Hours
As the name suggests, these are hour-long sessions* that take place on a 1:2:1 basis with you. They’re designed to address specific copywriting or marketing-related challenges, such as identifying the right tone of voice for your business, or techniques for researching and applying the best keywords for SEO purposes.
You’re welcome to choose any copywriting, content writing, marketing communications, digital marketing, PR or related topic to discuss during your Power Hour. Sessions can be one-offs, occasional or regular, depending on your requirements and how much ground we need to cover.
I also offer Off the Peg Power Hours, which are pre-prepared sessions on a choice of topics. These cost less than standard Power Hours and are a great way to quickly boost your skills and knowledge in a specific area. Please read this blog post to find out more.
